A Musical Song

Let us dance in a trance,

and when we are done, we are done.

For every rhythm pounding at me, also pounds at you.

Let us sing our favourite hymn,

and when we are done, we are done,

For every verse sung, a new dawn has begun.

Let us play during the day,

and when we are done, we are done.

For every melody resounding at me, also resounds back at you.
